Tomorrow is Take Your Dog to Work Day! As I discussed last year, Bella cannot come to work with me, but you know what they say – those who can, do; those who can’t, blog about it anyway! So, even though Bella and I will not be participating (the closest we’ll ever get is when Bella hangs out under my feet when I work from home), that won’t stop me from sharing a few links!
Cleo over at Grouchy Puppy makes a convincing case for dogs in the workplace. There are so many hardworking dogs out there helping to prove her point…. in fact, some of our blog friends – including One Pibble’s Wish – are ready to show off their typing skills! Although there are some puppies who sleep on the job, you shouldn’t hold that against all potential canine employees.

Poor Koly & Fe won't get to come to work with me either. I work for a glass company and there's too much risk of them gettingcut or hurt, but man! Wouldn't it be GREAT to have them at work? I'm sure I'd be more productive!
I wish I could take Bunny to work with me every day, but I think it would be too much for her and me, too. I do enjoy taking her in occasionally, but since I'm on summer break, she and I will be together tomorrow, just not at work!
reminds me that I saw a dog at work today with a badge on. I'm guessing he's some kind of service dog but not like a seeing eye dog.

Although Honey came to work with me as a puppy, I don't bring her often nowadays. I meet with clients in my office and I find it very hard to explain to people how to fix their credit or find a good mortgage if they keep saying, "Ohhh, she's sleeping. Isn't she cute?" Or "Can I play with her now?"
But, I'd love to have her every day. I find it very stress relieving for me–I'm not sure how she feels about it.

I don't think Katy would enjoy it, but Bailey would love going to work with DH. They have take your kids to work, but no pet day. I am thinking Bailey would be less disruptive.
