Also loved the video. I had seen it posted on Buzz Feed, but hadn't had a chance to actually watch it. It was kind of cool to the whale swaying to the music and bobbing his head.
BTW – You got me with your darn cupcakes again! I love mint frosting on anything, so mint and chocolate chip was too tempting.

Oh that video is just too funny!
Not only is Harper a cat lover, there is a permanent cat shelter right on Parliament Hill. You should come visit it! But there are HUGE restrictions on dogs in Ottawa parks, which is very annoying.
Not going to BlogPaws, would consider it just learn Pup Fan's REAL name (bet it's Cupcake…)
