Be like Bella

Time for a brief PSA (Pup Service Announcement)…

Humans aren’t the only ones who should buckle up in the car.  Dogs should too!  You know your dog wants to be cool like Bella – pictured below in her “flight suit.”  (Travel drugs optional.  Not optional for Bella though.)

  1. I don't like it when mom seat belts me in because other doggies that drive by laugh at me because they have their nose stuck out the window. Mom says just ignore them and hope one day their pawents buckle them in.

    Hugs & smoochies!! XOXO

  2. Haha! What a cutie she is!

We wanted to thank you for all your kind and supportive words for Inigo. It's been such a comfort to know that people were wishing good things and good health for him.

  3. My mom always buckles me up when I am in da car wif hers AND I has to sits in da back seat. 🙂

  4. That's right Hailey… you're the cool one for being safe! Those poor doggies just don't know what they're missing.

Inigo & Rumbles – hope all will soon return to normal in your household!

  5. I have a doggy seatbelt too. I don't like it, but Mom knows that I would jump out of the car when my human brothers go to school. This way I can bark at the teachers and mom can be confident that I can't go anywhere. The truth is I'd rather ride on the floor of the van. Mom drives kind of fast!

  6. Great info that is sure to save lives both canine and human; after all, how can you give your full attention to the road when your Best Friend is bouncing around the car unsecured? With so many great pet carriers and car seats available, it's just a sensible investment. Even besides saving life and limb, a proper car seat or restraint can spare your upholstery; pets who are properly secured and facing forward are much less likely to become carsick.

  7. Aw, lillij – definitely important that you don't follow the your brothers to school! 🙂

JackPDB – I totally agree. A pup running loose all over the car is a recipe for disaster! Sadly, being secured didn't help Bella get over her carsickness, but that's okay…
